Absolutely! As a locally-owned and operated St. Louis renovation firm, we are very familiar with the types of storm damage commonly seen in the area and the process for navigating insurance claims for repair. We will work with you from start to finish to get your roofing, siding, or flood-related repair handled.

Any remodeling project should be looked at as a long-term investment in your home. If you’re planning to be in your home long-term, there’s often immeasurable “quality of life” value in adding or improving your space by finishing a basement, adding a room or a custom deck, or remodeling a kitchen or bathroom.

Remodeling before you sell your home is less straightforward. Updated kitchens and baths can certainly help the home sell faster and at a higher price point, as can upscale features like a custom deck or finished basement suite. However, depending on the area and the market, remodeling projects rarely recoup 100% of their cost upon sale. Our in-house designers can work with you in the planning phase to understand your goals and needs for the project.
